Sony is urghh!!!!

Lol, in my experience Sony has always had fairly mediocre customer support. It is passable at times, and absolutely terrible at others.

The reason why I still like them though, is that the products themselves are fairly solid, so I rarely need to call in customer support services.

Depends on your definition of "solid". Yes, many Sony objects seem more weighty well balanced and well built. However, even with the proper abuse, the thing is fucked if you beat it enough times.

Wait a bit for 32nm to come to laptops, then buy.

Doesn't that apply to...everything?
Even the toughest thing collapses with enough abuse,so not much of a "-" here.

Well, my Cybershot T9 feels a hell of a lot better than those flimsy plastic cased cameras where the lens is probably more than half the weight of the whole thing.

My Vaio SZ is around 2 lbs. Most other laptops are around 3 lbs + (I'm not talking about netbooks) But the lower weight came with the compromize of a solid sturdy case.
