How do you all convert you Anime to DVD?
BlacRyu:
Reviving this as I would also like to know if anyone has a better solution. I usually watch stuff on my computer but I wanted to burn Clannad to DVD to watch it with someone else. So far all I've tried is convertXtoDVD, but like Ultron said the subs come out pretty generic and ugly and I have to make all my own chapters, even though the mkv already had them. If anyone has any solutions let me know, otherwise I guess I'll look into re-encoding like Zalis suggested.

My old solution (before windows 7)
-AlltoAvi ---- then ConvertXtoDVD
worked wonders!
My new solution (with windows 7)
NOTHING!
NADA!
whenever I use alltoavi the subtitles come out so SOOO sOoOOOO small They're not readable in a TV screen. (unless i like pause and get really close which annoys me)
ConverXtoDVD still works wonders. . . all other formats (xcept mkv and ogg) are converted beautifully into a DvD

I've been using ConvertXtoDVD more and more lately, though the subs are still on the ugly side, its a fair trade for how much the program can cram onto a single 4GB DVD. 13 episodes, and its the same quality as if you only did 4 or 5 with DVD Lab Pro or ConvertXtoDVD. Least it looks the same to me. Menus are really ugly as well.... lots of uglyness with this program come to think of it... yet so much good.
