Well anime directly refers to Japanese animation and in the rules it states the only non-anime things allowed are:

    * Live-Action
    * Game and Live-Action OSTs

"IF AND ONLY IF there is a related anime/manga."

Sorry to disappoint you but the short answer is,  American animation is not allowed. Maybe if you are after an animation which was a joint collaboration with Japan or something, maybe that would be possible?

Anime-style. Might have had some animation or art collaboration from Japan or Korea, but you'd have to check the production credits. That show was awesome.

The second season features segments animated by Japanese animation studio Madhouse.
Season three is currently in production, with all animation pre-production and production work being produced at JM Animation in Seoul, Korea.

Of course, it is definitely licensed and shown in the US, so...

You could probably get it off Demonoid or isoHunt, along with a lot of other US animation.

It was not an offer or a request, it was just an example

Well anime directly refers to Japanese animation and in the rules it states the only non-anime things allowed are:

    * Live-Action

If that's true, I'd like to upload FARSCAPE sometime. Since it use to be an ADV Films release.
