[delete] uTorrent download more than i want?!

I got max downloading torrents setting in utorrent on 5, but on my download list there are 7 torrents downloading?
Its this common that when torrent got 0 seed, utorrent ignore this torrent ? ???
I even change version from stable 1.8.5 to 2.0 RC3 - same thing on newest one

1. Why don't you ask in the utorrent forums?

2. What's your "Maximum number of active torrents (upload or download)" and your "Maximum number of active downloads"?

From experience, answer will be given faster on bbt community than on utorrent.

And to bad that I cant delete it.

I found the problem - something messup config after reboot.

uTorrent downloads the queued items when it determines that the current downloads are not going anywhere. When the current downloads (the ones not in the original queue) gets an acceptable speed, the queued ones that are now downloading are back to being in the queue.
