Laptop doesn't like BakaBT
Nikaido:
Ok, so ever since I got my new laptop I haven't been able to access BakaBT at all. Tried using 3 different browsers (FF, IE, IE 64-bit, & Chrome) and still can't access it. It's not my ISP (or my router) doing it since I can access BakaBT just fine on my desktop. It does this everywhere I take the laptop (ie: Uni, Starbucks, etc). I also tried using the LAN instead of WiFi. And no, I don't have the page blocked. It looks like it's loading and then when it's done I'm left with a blank page.
Laptop Specs are here:

CvP:
because this laptop is a brainchild of MPAA/RIAA and similar groups o.O
try the HOSTS file ( C:\Windows\System32\drivers\etc ).
Nikaido:
That's strange because I'm still able to connect to every other torrent site I use. And download from it.
[EDIT] Nope, still didn't work by adding BakaBT's IP to the HOSTS file.
[EDIT #2] OK, I now know I'm a dumba**. I forgot to restart the computer.
Nikaido:
Sorry for the double post but I needed someone to notice this topic.
After I edited the HOSTS file I was able access BakaBT only once. Then it started to pull the same shit again. Then I edited the HOSTS file by changing the name resolution, restarting, then re-editing to the proper name resolution and restarting again. That seemed to work but I'm afraid this will happen again. Is there anything I can do to prevent this?
[EDIT] Yep, it did it again.
CvP:
in the HOSTS file, add this line at the end.
