I'm currently unable to redeem my bonus points. They'll accumulate just fine, and the Exchange buttons are enabled as I hit each tier (first noticed the issue at 300 BP, now sitting at just over 700). If I hit the Exchange button the bonus page will simply reload, nothing's been deducted.
The issue persists regardless of browser on two different PCs - so far I've tried Chrome 4.0, IE8, and fresh installs of Firefox 3.5 and Opera 10.
Any ideas, guys?
