Anyone else not like black tea? I can do earl grey because of the Cardamon flavor but plain black tea I don't like.
I love my green, mint, ginger, jasmine green, chamomile, oolong, vanilla chai, and white. Ginger or mint are excellent after meals. A neighbor of mine got us some loose leaf green from her trip to China, stuff is awesome. Green somehow feels great after training so I tend to have some with my post workout meal.
Since I'm unemployed, every day for the past 10 months or so has been a cup of tea at 3pm and some anime. Epic relaxation.
