incomplete torrents

i downloaded a torrent from another site and i decided to seed it here, everything was fine but whenever i stop seeding that torrent it ends up in my "incomplete" category.
is it meant to do that?

As far as I know that is not a bug, since you didn't download through BT tracker it is seen as Incomplete (download).

No, it is a bug.
