Fastest download/upload speed you ever saw

I downloaded The new FMA:BH last night. Since there is no package torrent yet, I had to do all 44 episodes individually, I force started them all at once and got up to 3.4mbs.
I keep my upload capped at 110kbs, but thats because I have a roommate I share the connection with, and the upload seems to effect his performance whenever I go higher. Where as the DL never bothers his systems no matter how high it gets.

You do mean kb/s, right? O-O
I saw my Upload go up to 344.9kb/s a few days ago. I went o_o;; since my usual upload is ~100kb/s

While correct, thats not really correct.
Speedtest measures in bits per second, where as most download protocals, such as a bittorrent measure it in bytes.
So those numbers while accurate, are highly inflated compared to actual performance.
NaRu:
the test file that they use is very small. I can get 60+Mbps on there site while if I use a 25meg test file I get about 25Mbps down
