1) Open file 1, play it.
2) Open file 2, play it.
Do steps 1 & 2 simultaneously if you can.
3) Pick the release you like more.
4) Profit...?

Thanks to VBR I can't determinate what ~ Bitrate is used on video, so I can't compare them via Bitrate

The "Uploaders' Forum" and "New Torrents Requests" is full is comparison examples you can learn from. If you look at the staff's posts you can rarely learn something wrong.

Edit: after ~1,5h of reading Upload forum now I know more :) but they are about same like: open, screenshot, open file 2, screenshot - compare ;)

I was thinking its mooooree about spec of file, bitrates etc. but now I know - its just comparing screenshots ;p
