Adobe and "FNPLicensingService.exe"

Location in windows xp:
C:\Program Files\Common Files\Macrovision Shared\FLEXnet Publisher\FNPLicensingService.exe

My firewall blocked it.
I thought it were a virus or adware, apparently its a program installed with Adobe PhotoShop. It wont run without it.

Maybe its harmless, maybe not.
Now you know its there.
