anyone know how to get teh menu bar back on firefox?

i was making a custom toolbar for firefox and was trying different bars on and off to try to show the whole thing.. well i acidently got rid of my entire menu bar. The thing that gives you all the options. Now i have no menu to get them back. All i got is the adress bar and windows. How the hell do i get it back? theres no menu i can go into to get it back, anyone know?

side question. with the custom headers and junk. Anyone know how to get them to show teh whole thing? THe bottom parts always cut off it seems for every one ive tried. Seems like the4 bottom 1/4 or so gets sliced off

Hit alt+F then right click on the menu bar, if you don't it'll disappear when you click somewhere else. Though you should be able to right click slightly above the address bar to.
Did that myself a few times reading manga and randomly pushed commands till something happened
