I watched this awhile ago and havent been able to fully understand the entire story, seeing that the anime is the only media which it was released, it feels awfully incomplete for a story with multiple loose ends and characters which arent introduced.
(I might be too focus on the romance/harem aspect of the show to actually pay careful attention to the details of the story...)

Isnt Koyomi suppose to be dead?
Who is Ako?
Koyomi/Hakubi? same person?
Who hired the terrorist Sisters at first and in the last episode to finish off Koyomi/Hakubi and Regen?
Who is the weird girl with Red flower on her head which repeatedly appears throughout the episodes?'
