Can someone explain to me what in the world is happening in this anime ? (plz leave out the manga, the anime itself is confusing enough...)

I vaguely remember watching this but dont really understand what is happening.

Seriously, learn to use spoiler tags

I'm ALWAYS nice. Well... except when I'm ebil. But I'm only ebil when I'm bored. Although... I'm bored all the time. Not that that's a problem is it? ;)

XD, the second thread back to back I see with that reply from the same person to the same other person.

On a serious note: some people (like me) take this spoiler thing serious >:(

Either that, or just put a spoiler tag within the title.

if you really want to understand this anime story, you should really read the manga, because the majority of information is left out, and there were chapters skipped, generally it's the same problem like with Asura Cryin, not enough information wich is simply wrong to make an anime this way, the anime has a purpose to make the viewer read the manga/ novels in case of Asura Cryin, however, ppl tend to get so annoyed by the lack of sense ppl don't want to read more. altough l hear Asura Cryin novels are a really good read.

as for Tenjou Tenge, l have no clue, l watched the anime twice beliving l missed somthing, but l didn't, it's simply made this way to make viewers read the manga.

hope this helps you in some way.

One of the worst animes i ever saw, not to far away from Gantz. Don't worry, there's no need to understand whats happening...nothing worth knowing happens.

Funny thing is that my friend loves it. I seriously need to introduce him to greater anime.

The anime lost me too around the point where the whole thing transformed to a great big flashback. I remember it just as a crapper version of Ikkitousen.

It's one of those animes that push you towards the manga.

If you want worst for that... I think Angel sanctuary was worse.

Actually to what was mentioned above, i Love Gantz, Tenjou Tenge and Angel Sanctuary for the matter.

Gantz and Angel Sanctuary were pretty good animations in my books.

Tenjou Tenge was just a little detached due to its manga ---> Anime

I was skip-reading through the manga a few days ago, and suddenly saw something that made me think: "That was definitely not in the anime!". Once again we suffer from censor.

Try to read the manga, and then tell me that there was no censor.

It's not censor. If you want censor it's called pixelating.

HOW IT WORKS:

#1: Have a great manga.
#2: Get a bunch of people to make an OVA or short series for the Manga
#3: Get hype.
#4: People will be displeased with OVA/Short series
#5: People will move towards the manga
#6: Wait
#7: Wait
#8: Test patience of people
#9: Make "REAL" anime?

And it's NOT censor because of certain things.

#1: It's not even the same damn story line.
#2: "Can't fit in time frame" is not the same as censor
#3: Was not designed to mirror the manga

I don't give a shit what's in the manga. It WAS NOT censored. The world is not out to get you.

wel lsaid, ths anime had nothing to censor since it had little relevance to the real thing, the only cool thing was that girl that shrank herself lol, was funny and cool at the same time, but she was designed to have big boobs so for me it's a [-]

if you really want something out of this title, go for manga. really =.=
