ITS SNOWING>>>HARD>>>>AGAIN!!!

No snow here for over 5 years (stayed on the ground for 2 hours). And even then it was the first snow that south texas had in over 30 years. This winter we've only had 3 real cold fronts where the temperature got under 40F in the day time. All other times it'd be a high in the 70s-80s and a low in the 40s-50s.
And people wonder why we're a winter texan (old people who migrate during the winter) hot spot.

I'm in Philly and it's snowed in... just the blower trucks have given up trying to clear stuff up.. Diamond Street is fucking COVERED in snow.

Now you know what it's like in Canada. We're just like you. We just get these storms maybe a few more times each year than you do so we know how to deal with it when it comes.

5 cm seems a bit too much to me, England shuts down with less than that. My ex is panicking he won't be able to get back to London on the train after all the nonsense last time with the trains not running.
