Animes that NEED to be made

The books in question are written by David Eddings and are rather good, in my humble opinion.

I've read them several times over and I can almost 'see' the characters and 'hear' them when I read the books.

You forgot to mention the Redemption of Althalus and The Belgaried + Malloreon series. You can't just do the sparhawk books and leave out his other two/three major works =P

So I'm not the only person who ever read David Eddings books lol. Used to be a coder/guild master for the MUD game for the Belgariad and Mallorean as well.

As I'm replaying this game right now, I would LOVE to see an anime, a game sequel, or even a freaking movie based on The Legend of Dragoon. One of my all time favorite games and would look awesome as an anime.

No, I didn't forget them, I just figured 'the sparhawk' books would have a bigger audience, due to Sparhawk being in them.

Since you mentioned it, "The Redemption of Althalus" would make a rather good Anime, wouldn't it.

A 'bad guy' who becomes a 'good guy', a goddess who likes to get around in cat form, yeah that would score a few points with people.  :D

FYI, I actually own all of the mentioned books and so far I've managed to read them all at least 4 times (at a guess) since I got them.

I've read the Belgariad and Mallorean, too, for the first time about 16 years ago or so.  At some point, I just lost interest in Eddings; although I've got copies of the Elenium and the Tamuli sitting on my bookshelf, unread, I have no motivation to read them.

Admittedly, though, the Belgariad / Mallorean has potential to be a good anime.

Trying to think of cool ideas.
I think it would be cool to see an anime set in the white wolf gaming universe.
The art style would work i think.
