They finally announced a DX11 patch after trying to deny the announcement that they would patch the PC version in the first.

Hopefully the DX11 patch will improve graphics, this game should have been DX11 at release!

My short review:

I played this game from mission 4 to where you get to meet the doctor (almost at end). In my whole life I have never seen a game that:
 - has such a shitty AI
 - is FULL of glitches
 - has PATHETIC gameplay
 - has RETARDED controls/interactions
 - has 3rd class cut scenes
 - has STUPID story flow
ALL TOGETHER!

 I guess this is only possible because it was "Achieved with CryEngine3!" LOL!

Yeah, like they were so proud of their work even though it has all those problems. Multiplayer is fun though! Sadly, it has most of the applicable problems as above stated.

Dunno, I think the multiplayer is way better than CoD. Then again, I practically despise CoD's arcade style.

Hopefully, as BF has always been my more favored FPS. The game's going to be so overkill if one statement is correct and not just a slip of tongue > 128(!) players. FOR. THE. P. C!

1942 was a great game
Vietnam was crap
BF2 was great
2142 was crap
Bad Company was also crap
BC2 was a good game, not BF2 status

HOPEFULLY... EA won't screw up BF3 and as much as I like consoles over PC, keep BF3 a PC only environment THEN port it over.

I haven't played online. I think I'm like 10% done with the story right now. (I had bought a few other games when I purchased Crysis 2, don't judge me...  ) I have it on PS3. The game looks beautiful and plays great. I hadn't played Crysis 1 and I just wanted a shooter that wasn't Call of Duty. I was getting sick of it... big time. I'd say this is a fresh game though.

Any other PS3 Crysis 2 users out there? Let me know. Maybe we can team up or something. Haha.

Way to go crytek, it doesn't change the fact that you made a good game a piece of shit anyways.
It would have been better to either not do Crisis2 or upgrading Crisis1 and give it a new expansion/sa game.

Crappy move, but I won't protest unless they stop giving Steam patches. Then I'll be pissed. The reason why I bought on Steam is because it's so easy to manage games and patches.
