Na, in some of the raws coming through, Ussop does indeed have dreadlocks...just like the main spread picture suggests, it's almost certainly not fake...and there's been an impostor strawhat crew in the last 2 years also :)...i think Zoro will cry when he meets his.

And the colour style with his hair and Sanji his coat just doesn't fit... It's exactly the same flow.
