I wouldn't want to lose either arm. Too difficult to replace dexterity wise. So it's either the left or right leg.
Me being ambidextrous have 2 options. Get rid of the power leg, or the skilled leg. Sorry, gotta go with skilled. I saved my arms due to dexterity. I need to retain a little bit of power.
Left leg it is.
I have far better balance on my left side of my body than right. More dominant on right side of body (so it gained the power and "experience")
However, I've taught myself to use left handed things before. At one point I learned to the degree where my left was superior at several tasks (second only to writing I believe and throwing since my left shoulder locks "like a girl") than the right. Unfortunately, hurt my arm and used right for a while. I haven't gone and practiced with my left so it's all out of practice. But yeah, it was funny, I was able to punch harder and more accurate with my left for a short period of time. Same as my skills with chopsticks and most sports related motor skills such as catching, guiding and weight shifting (except throwing).
I really should train up the left side again. I hear it's good for preventing really bad strokes and stuff. Which might be a good thing if I'm supposed to have a shorter lifespan than my parents.
