My world is crumbling down...

Meomix:
I have 40gb of space, hording titles is not an option. Plus i despise reruns, no point keeping a format that eats up a chunk of space and is a one time only event.

Of course epic scenes are rewind worthy but thats about it.

nakur:
i only delete something if i really did not like the show. Otherwise i will just archive it.

But not having anymore space can be a real pain. I have a 1TB internal drive which usually has about 20-30GB of free space.
Most of my space is taken up by shows i still need to watch (at the moment about 700GB worth of shows)
I had an 1 Tb external for archiving shows i had seen. But a while ago the power supply blew up. With no place to store i had only one option: Buy a new one ;D

luckily i now have my replacement powersupply and my new 2 TB external. for the moment i can download like crazy again. Just have to find the time to watch everything

Perhaps you should have planned ahead?

If you truly are broke, then you probably shouldn't be concerned about buying harddrives.  If you're on your own, like me, then when you get down to $12 in savings+checking combined, you worry about food. :)  And if you're still with parents, then perhaps you should start learning proper money management, and *ahem* plan for future unseen circumstances?  Car repairs are the thing that have a tendency to stick it to me. :/

Well, in jan I got a job in ohio, that was paying me 2,000 as a starting bonus, and 95kish a year. So i quit my job, and packed up. Then I found out I failed the background check. so that fell though. So I was with out a job for a month, well about 6 weeks. I just got my first check at my new job. So im still broke for now csince I ahd to catch things up, but next check ill have spare change again. Its not the best job in the world, only about 50k a year. But its enough to live on and then still have extra for spare harddrives :D

You were accepted before passing the background check?
