What do i do if i cant download any new anime?

Rewatch something of your probably massive anime collection?

Im reading the fate/stay VN right now, but I dont think that will take me through all 3 weeks. But it should eat up a big chunk of it.

Its not too massive compared to some peoples.  I have 2 300gb hard drives. I know some people are well into the terabytes here.

It's really that simple. I archive some stuff in between, but the likeliness of me actually re-watching it is very low unless it's something I like very much. There's far too much to watch for me to waste time on a series I've already seen.

You can always start watching .rmvb files, they seem pretty popular. :D

^^^ I'm with Harpy.

If you really want to watch something again just re-download it later.

Burn some stuff off to DVD, you don't have to convert the files to a dvd format if you are just storing them..... if you have a DVD burner of course.

I feel your pain. Trust me, it gets easier after the first time. You can also keep a list of every anime you've watched, or at least the ones you like so you can get it again if you want to, though you probably won't.

You can also go on a holy anime crusade and go around purging "poor" sub qualities and such.

It's time to replace and purge thou inferior specimens!

If you've got any popular 50 episode series or BD rips which you've already seen, delete those first.  The download speeds will be really high whenever you are able to grab them again, and you'll be giving some easy upload to people needing to improve their ratio.

so you need to seek medical help :P Beside cant you collect them in DVD?

everyone should keep a list. One cant bother to remember all the anime they have seen. My list currently hold 1010 titles, there is just no way I could remember it all, as I did not made a list in the beginning I still get to download some stuff I already seen

To all those who just get new HDDs to fill up... I am with you 100%. I deleted an anime once... it still pains me to this day and I refuse to do it again. Like most of my kind I rarely rewatch an entire series. Maybe an episode or few that I liked but I rarely an entire series. I just like to horde it all there for others to take etc.

I also share all my anime with a friend meaning he is my backup if something goes wrong and I am his so it works out well. Thankfully because of this I have about 1,000 - 2,000 episodes of unwatched anime sitting in my HDDs for rainy days so trying to get through it all is tough. (Plus some of it is low quality or English dub so I will tend to leave them and replace them with a BBT HQ version asap. :P)

And to Jesta... It's ok! I know what you are going through! Just bear with it for now. If possible put some anime onto an external and ask a friend to transfer it to their computer for awhile till you get your new HDD. Then just move it all after.
