Baka BT's favorite anime.
« on: February 27, 2010, 07:47:36 AM »
I was really bored today, so I indexed the top 10 anime thread. Everytime someone mentioned a show in their top 10 I gave it a point. I started on the first post of 2009(page 9) Anything older then that I didnt think should be counted.

If you posted in that time there, but want to update your top 10, post your original 10(so I can minus 1 points off each.) and your new top 10. If you didnt post there, but want your vote counted. You can post here or there. So with out further a due, here is the rankings!

The top ranked shows!

Shows receiving 7-10 votes

Shows receiving 4-6 votes
(click to show/hide)

Shows receiving 3 votes

Complete List

There are some animes that are known by more then one name, if you see such a anime, point it out and I will combine them. I have combined code geass 1+2 into one, along with clannad because every time someone voted for 1, they also voted for the second season.

Wow, didn't expect CG to be number one

Fark you must of been bored, but at least if anyone wants to watch a good show they know where to look.

Not surprising at all, the Code Geass worship on BBT is intense enough to have me wondering if this is actually a fansite.

There's no way an adult with a functional brain would do that, unless threatened with extreme physical harm.

I never said it would work on me.

Season 1 is decent until episode 22, season 2 is a fullscale conceptual disaster.

Meh. I have only watched first season so far. Waiting on blu-rays for second season. Still. I will jump on the band wagon but only for CC and Kallen at the moment.

As for the rest. I am surprised that Fate/Stay Night didn't get more votes and Full Metal Panic got more than I expected. Rest were reasonably predictable.

At least I have a good idea on what to look towards downloading next though.  ;D

I think this list is pretty interesting with what it shows about the community. For example, Naruto/Bleach aren't on top, but neither are FLCL, Princess Mononoke. And Wolf's Rain is nowhere to be found. Also something like BECK, which is relatively new and poppy, has no votes.

You should probably combine Dragon Ball / Z / GT into one.

fate/stay didnt get many votes cause the anime is shit compared to VN.

Its good naruto/bleach arnt up the top.

Only reason people recommended it is to taint there existence with that shite of a show.

Wow, Jesta, you have far too much free time.

Also, when you say Code Geass, does that mean season 1 or 2. As mentioned above, S! was good, but S2 fell apart.
