You labeled overseeding a problem...but is it?, really...? overseeding = max out your connection when downloading, thats what the vast majority of people want...it's not bad. I love the fact that when i want to download something, after 1minute am downloading at 5.7MB/s.

A smart person can maintain a 0.5 ratio easily, if your upload is over 100KB/s...its not to hard
