As others have said, it'll be difficult to find a 32" TV that does 1080p. If you're going to use it mostly as a computer monitor, you can get an actual computer monitors near that size.

If you are going to buy a screen for gaming, there's no point getting one over 60Hz, since there are no TV signals that support any higher than 50Hz, and using it with gaming means there will be a delay between your input and the screen's response due to it adding transitional frames to make your image 100+Hz.
If it's purely TV you're after, go for 200Hz.

I thought he wanted both. And with past experience, I really doubt he can tell the difference. So I said meet in the middle... go 120.

Plasma on the other hand is 600MHz... xD
