Subconsciously humming background music whenever something goes wrong, or when performing a combo action. It's gotten to the point that Dad thinks i got problematic issues.

I have not sat straight for as far as I can remember.
I'm either sitting cross legged or slouched like I'm trying to lie down on a chair. Usually I like to tilt the chair either to the side and rest my arm over the back of the chair or tilt the chair 180 degrees and sit with legs open. I've stopped doing the latter 'cuz I think I look like a child trying to show off, but really I just feel more comfortable in that position. I almost always lean on one side or the other of the chair, most of the times the chair would have handles so I don't fall off the side or something.
Oh god, I am the same. It has gotten to the point that if I am involved in an activity that requires me to keep my back straight (ice skating, kendo), I have trouble doing it for more than 15-20 minutes.

If i attempt to sit straight for more than 30 minutes my butt goes numb, followed by never ending bone strain.. Just ain't possible.

Lol I do the same xD. I just HAVE to change seating positions 1000x or else I will feel really uncomfortable. Sometimes I even stand for a while and when I stand I always play with my chair, tilting it in all directions, rotating it on one leg, throw it in the air (only lightly), slam it onto the ground, etc ... I have no reason for that. I also turn the chair backwards and sit on my knees and leaning on the backside while my arms hang over, it gets really painful after a while.

I also keep my textbooks on the ground instead in my bookcase because my precious manga lies there xD
Also I keep receipts for EVERYTHING I buy. And I am really careful with what I eat, I HAVE to make sure it's clean, same goes for all my eating tools.

I am also really really paranoid. I turn around a lot of times to make sure nobody is watching me and never give out my real name or picture on the internet. I even don't want to give my information to banks/schools/government because of all the possible misuses.

I also never say sorry .... People often think I'm a jerk because of that but I just can't do it, for no apparent reason.

And when typing in English I tend to use the word "also" a LOT.

I like to come up with unique variations of letters. So far I'm using a unique G, Q, q in my handwriting. I also have a tendency to put circles on my i's instead of a dot and I use really wide spacing between words and sometimes letters.

Yes, I am a weird person :3

This only happened once but...

One time I didn't have a pencil for class. My teacher keeps a bucket of pencils for people to borrow if they forget one. Since I didn't have a pencil, I would need one for the rest of the school day instead of just that one class, so I asked if I could give it back tomorrow instead of at the end of class. The teacher say "Okay, make sure you bring it back tomorrow." and for some reason, no purposely, I said "Hai." At that time I wasn't thinking about anything Japanese related, and I don't even know that much of the language so I don't know why it came out that way. She replied, in a confused tone "Huh?" and I just said "I will." and walked to my seat.

Heh one of my many paranoias is mainly caused by my parents. I always double check to make sure they are nowhere in sight before watching my Anime.

I usually over clean stuff i like, and when an object attains weird spots i usually throw it away or try to chip it off.

Long list

I used to play with my goatee all the time until i shaved. now i rub my thumb on my chin.
When i am bored i tend to say the word "vagina" all of a sudden and very loudly.
I cant stand walking around in my house without wearing socks.
I cant fall asleep without a shirt on.
I seriously have trouble riding a bike without headphones on.
I cant stand playing first person shooter games without classical music playing.
I chew on pens all the time when playing video games.
If someone talks to me when i am listening to music, I always have to restart the song.
I cant stand putting anything on my pancakes.
When I eat M&M's I always eat the red ones, then green and then blue after that it doesn't matter in which order I eat them.
I can't text using all those abbreviations like BRB, LOL I have to spell out every word.

There are a lot more but that would to long of a list.

Oh man I still do the "avoid the line when walking" thing

Also I can't fall asleep without watching at least one episode of anime a day, whenever I try to sleep without an episode it bugs me to the point that it keeps me awake, even if I'm really tired.

I also tend to say "like" a LOT when talking (out loud), for example last year in my english class I was asked to explain something and apparently I was saying "like" literally, every other word and the entire class, including the teacher was laughing their asses off, except... I had no idea I was doing that so I didn't figure out why they'd been laughing at me until the end of the day when one of my friends finally told me.

Aside from all this, I HAVE to do, watch, read, look at, make something touhou related almost every day as well. (addiction much?)

Oh, and I tend to mix up Japanese and English when I'm tired lol, actually that happened at school today, I got an hour of sleep last night so when my german teacher asked me a question, I ended up answer in Japanese and the entire class was like, "O.o what?" lol

oh and I say lol way too much, even IRL, like if a friend says a joke I'll literally say "lol"

happens to me often... Then the next thing I hear is the whole class laughing at me.. the word Hai in  Finnish language means Shark... and the funny thing is that we pronounce the word hai (doesn't matter if Japanese meaning or Finnish) in the same way...

Well, I got a few things to share:

- Usually bite my nails (nail areas) if I'm bored, too busy at work, watching anime, or even in bed before sleeping... until I taste blood and my fingers actually start to hurt. o_0

- I fall asleep while watching movies.

- I can still sleep right away after drinking coffee, tea, or energy drinks.

- I don't know to ride a bicycle yet or even swim... I'm 25.

- I like to have a looot of cash rather than carrying one high value bank note.

- I've always wanted to know how the transition to sleeping happens before sleeping. (Still couldn't figure that out)

- I enjoy sleeping diagonally.

- I become obsessed over trivial matters (especially newly bought stuff like TV, Laptop, Mouse, Keyboard, headphones, chair, etc). I even used a magnifier to see whether my screen was scratched.

- I memorize everything in my room, organize it a lot, and remove any foreign object in it. I can also quickly notice the slightest change in my room during my absence. XD

- I still love to keep a lot of coins...

- I don't try well... new things.

- I usually waste my free time doing nothing (although I have lots of anime and video games).

- I listen to Anime music while I'm alone in my car, yes even Japanese songs I don't understand. I actually hardly understand songs even in my native language.

- I always organize my anime collection. Once I stayed for a whole week doing nothing but organizing it. I still organize and never delete what has been downloaded.

- I've lost one frontal tooth while sleeping, dunno maybe I grinned my teeth so hard it broke xD. Fortunately, the root was still there and I had a crown attached to it. Years went by and the crown started to move and finally I decided to remove it myself because it was annoying me. Surprisingly enough, I could put the crown back when I removed it or just leave it at home before going to work or just put it in a cleaning solution xD. After a couple of times of removing and fixing my tooth like a tard, it finally fell without any hope of putting it back... I went to the dentist and he told me I had to extract the root.. I agreed and he suggested a bridge to cover the missing tooth. Bought one but it didn't even last a month until I lost it in a silly incident. It cost around $200 and now I'm without one. FML.

lol, i have to seriously restrain myself from responding in japanese. i watch so much anime, it almost feels natural to say things like arigatou and gomenasai. its the worst when i go shopping, cuz after i pay, i want to say arigatou to the person at the register.

Freaks, man.  All of you are FREAKS!

Why am I always surrounded by freaks ..???!!

Oh.

Uh ....  ::)

anyway,
I'm a bit obsessive/compulsive about certain things.  I can't start this list because I won't be able to figure out how to stop.

And, be careful about talking to cats.  They understand far more than they let on (not always a bad thing).  Trust me on that.  Lots of experience ...
I win, once again, in my never-ending struggle against victory.

Example why:
Digimon 02 1st ED, Japanese
Digimon 02 1st ED, Finnish
MAinly pay attention for the 1st few words... Not funny if you're sleepy...

Japanese has a few catchy words, like Hai and Tjana(the see ya one). If the language you're talking has longer counterparts they are more easily replaced.

@mAh: ROFL! That's a great one.  ;D

Hey, you guys that have this problem... Do you have little butts? I ask because I've heard something similar and I think it's caused from sitting on your spine. If that's the case, it should be better if you sit on like a really soft leather chair... is it?

Personally, I don't have the problem... but I have a whooty like JLo.  :P

I'm 20 and I can't ride a bike yet either. I'm a little scared to start now, I think I'll look retarded falling over on a bike at this age...

^^ Maybe. I don't trust the drunks round here though. They scream at buildings. I did see one having a chat with an empty bench the other week though, and he then told said bench to join in with him laughing at my pink Doc Martens.

I don't like odd numbers.
