Find users?

So, didn't manage to find this in the wiki/faq, nor the forum itself, or I must have missed it completely,
but is there an option to search for other registered users? I know other private trackers are capable of this..

I personally find it weird to find this functionality in the settings page. Perhaps it might be better if it's found on the user page?

I believe the explanation in the past was that this would prevent/lessen possible abuse, it being semi-hidden.
