Random statement: I was pissed to find out you couldn't fight the Titan...that's just antagonizing to put him in the backdrop and when I saw him I was like "I'm going to kill that", then later find out you can't...at least FFXII had crazy...very crazy hunts.

LOL that Titan is way too big to fight.  The thing picks up an Adamantoise with one hand and eats it and the Adamantoise itself easily dwarfs the party.

titan is too epic to fight. they might be able to fight titan's little finger and win, but it would be extremely close match =P

I think we, the players, deserve more than that! I bet once I max every one out I would be able to take his entire hand!

and maybe a bit of the wrist too, don't doubt the powers of an emo kid, a few bad role models and arrogants!

But seriously it doesn't matter if you'd get killed in the fight, they should've made the fight available. I mean who looks at freakin' Atlus' clone and says " I don't want to fight that".

I thought the same thing. The first thing that came to my mind when I landed on Pulse and saw him eating one of the ortoises was... "Damn. I'm gonna be fighting that bastard!" But considering the Long Gui can still mop the floor with my characters who are completely maxed out, I think it's unlikely we could even defeat a single finger :P

I quite the game. I decided to play FF 6 and 5. I don't need that 1080p goodness if there aren't towns.

FFXIII actually made me go back to The Last Remnant, that one has more of a Final Fantasy Flavour to it then Final fantasy XIII itself  :'(

currently playing ff13 on ps3 just had snowflake jump down and fuck up the city in the story.

Couldnt stand last remnant definite FF feel to it but i hated the animation of the mouth and the teeth. And more importantly there was nothing to remind me to save nor was there any sort of auto saving. Soooooooooooooo me being ADD like i am i could play for like 4 or 5 hours of running around killing shit then not pay attention and die on some of them side boss fights and lose all of the play because there isnt shit to tell me to save before a boss, or save points, or autosave.

SOOOOOOOOOOOOOO gay when you lose 5 hours of gameplay like 3 or 4 times you just throw the fucking game at a wall

It's been about 120 days since someone last posted here. I take it that FF XIII didn't make quite an impact unlike the previous games in the series.

But I'm actually enjoying the game so far. Just got past the 8th hour mark and the linearity isn't bothering me one bit. I like the soundtrack, too, particularly the battle music. The Paradigm Shift system made the battles a lot more fun and fast-paced.

I'm gonna play through this and see if the game can hold my excitement enough for me to finish it.

There's another thread that people are posting on it and it's a much older thread than this one. People are posting more in this link.
