I did a similar personality thingy with work about 4 years ago and they had you fill out slightly more questions, then at the end of it they gave you a booklet; it was freakishly accurate.
Huh.. I thought i'd dig it up and it turns out it was also based on Jungs work. interestingly it doesn't include the Percieving/Judging variable above, but works it out based on the other three.
Anyway; they gave you a 30 page booklet and it includes breakdowns of your personal style, decision making and interacting with others over two pages then breaks it down over the rest into simple sentences under headings like Strengths/Weaknesses, Management style, Blind spots, etc my personnal favourites were in the section When communicating with [Sanguis] DO NOT: Comment on his personal appearance and Cut him off before he has finished. DAMN STRAIGHT!
