Cowboy Bebop

Humanoidz:
Bebop is one of my top shows.  It's just a solid, believable, well rounded show with a great dub to boot.  The ending does end which is great in a way, but it also left me wanting a lot more.  Much of the series was random encounters for the crew, I would love to have seen more.

Bebop is definitely one of my favourites. (perhaps my no 1 series).
Almost every episode is crafted brilliantly, with great story and animation. The characters are really well rounded and are so much fun through out the series. I liked it even more watching it the second time.
Last but not least, the music is absolutely awesome. It rates as the best soundtrack for a series in my books.

It definitely is a series where each episode is designed to be a satisfying experience rather than simply try to leave you in suspense and get you to watch the next episode, which is what we see way too often.

Yep its pure class.

Fool010:
Bebop is one of few attemps at roman noir in japanese animation, above all it's the only one to succesfully capture its essence.

The movie happens around episodes 23-24 of the series. If I remember correctly, it is in the movie that they explained why there are butterflies.

Humanoidz:
It's been a while since I've watched it yet I've always felt Bebop was a bit western, as in Hollywood-ish.  Hard to explain, it's such a unique show.
