There wasn't really a discussion thread going on it, so I figured I'd make one since I have some questions myself after finishing it.

Alright here are my questions:

1. How did Diva's chevalier Nathan Mahler survive both Saya's blood (being cut in two) and the bombing?
My guess is that from what was said, Nathan actually wasn't Diva's chevalier at all, but instead their mother's chevalier. Therefore, Saya's blood would have no effect on him, especially if he were made from the same kind of Queen as Saya. It's strongly implied that this is the case.

2. How did Hagi survive the bombing?
Your guess is as good as mine... The only thing that makes sense to me is that he must've been able to push everything off him, including Amshel and flee before the bombs hit, but chose to stay hidden from Saya and the others afterwords and simply wait for Saya's awakening next time, quietly watching over her from the shadows until then.

3. Assuming Nathan's original Queen (Saya & Diva's mother) was killed by the other Queen, what happened to her (the other Queen)?
There's no real answer to this one I guess, just speculation. It's not even clear that's the case, it's only clear that their mother died by having their head blown off, it looked like.

4. How the hell did they get to Diva's chevalier James Ironside and manage to save him before he was completely crystalized? The whole process only takes a couple seconds, and there was no one down in that hole.
Magic? lol. I guess it was just because the writer decided for it to be like that. That or he managed to rip off his entire body except for his heart, lungs and head, basically... I guess he could survive for some time like that, or at least be brought back from the dead like that, as long as he wasn't crystalized and didn't lose his head. At least that's what he said, and we did see earlier that the chiropterans could be brought back from completely dead-like states.

Haji survives the bombing because only diva's blood can kill him

off the top of my head I don't recall much else in detail.

I don't think the "only Diva's blood can kill him" argument is 100% solid.   While it makes sense, when he and Solomon are fighting at one point,  Solomon drags him high up into the sky and comments that even a Chavalier could not survive a fall from that height.

As for how they got to James,  the short answer is they didn't.  At least that is how I interpret it.  The whole project was based on genetic manipulation, so it makes sense they would have DNA from everyone on file for whatever reason.   I believe that the James at the end of the series was just a clone,  and I point to the episode at Nathan's house where he comments on James sleeping / needing his sleep / whatever and it cuts to a shot of what appears to be a tank with a "small" version of James in it.   It could be postulated that they grew a new clone and even if his memories did not carry over, and he was a simple human clone,  he would simply need to drink Diva's blood.   This is also supposing that the memory carrying effect of blood goes both ways and not just from Chavalier to newly awakened Queen.

Coincidentally this could also explain how Nathan remained alive at the end of the series..   I don't know where the train of thought that he was not one of Diva's Chivalier comes from,  so I can't speculate on that.  However  he is clearly a gay ass drama queen and is not the type that would want to  die and not learn how things turned out,  or not have a backup plan  in case he was killed for some unforeseen reason.

You see, I base my theory that he was actually Diva & Saya's mother's (or their Aunt's) chevalier on a few things:

1. He's seen as one of Diva's oldest chevaliers, but how he became one is never explained.
2. Towards the end of the series, while talking with Amshel, Nathan states that the world exists to showcase Diva's beauty, as was predestined before she was born. When Amshel says Nathan talks like he was there, Nathan says he was and that before Diva and Saya were born, there was their "mommy" and her faithful chevalier.
3. He rarely (did he ever?) participates in battles, and he was the only chevalier that could make Amshel back down. My guess is because he wasn't really Diva's chevalier so he didn't truly care, and he was the oldest and most powerful of them all.
4. At the end, he asks Saya to kill him and he's clearly seen sliced in two, but not crystalizing. If it were true that he was made from Diva, then it would be impossible for him not to crystalize. Just as Saya did not crystalize from Diva's blood, this means that Saya's blood had no power over him. This means that either he was really Saya's chevalier (not likely), or he did not come from Diva (which he stated himself). If he was there to see Diva and Saya born and knew what their "mommy" predestined, then it can be assumed that he is in fact their mommy's "faithful chevalier." Or perhaps even their mommy's sister's chevalier - we never did find out what happened to her. We also clearly saw Saya bloody her sword, so it was clear it should have crystalized him. Her blood still crystalized Amshel, so it's not true that her blood somehow lost its power. He also knew that a Queen would lose her blood's power once she became pregnant, which reinforces #2. He said at the end that she could only do her last wish once he was dead, so that's why he would've pretended to die, so Saya could have her wish fulfilled since he fulfilled Diva's wish (to have a family) in the end, if even only for a moment.
5. #4 is highly supported by the fact that at the end of the series, he is seen in his human form amongst reporters outside of Van Argiano's trial.

she had to be in the zone or something. Something special happens to her blood right as she was about to fight. Otherwise they could have just used her regular blood to coat bullets or something that would make everybody's lives easier

I don't remember though if that's relevant to the current argument though

Watching it atm, it's abit slow, however because it's slow it has the time to show everything required to give the viewer a grand view of what is going on...

Much earlier in the series, they said that they can't draw Saya's blood and use it on their weapons since it never works without Saya's adding what I assume is effectively magical since they would otherwise found something extra in the blood

its true that sayas blood wont kill off the spot. rember how they said they couldnt mass produce her blood as it needed the pheromone wich is only added to the blood stream while she has gone crazy with the red eyes n stuff.
