Ranma 1/2 OVA 13/Its a Rumic World

Hello all.
I saw this was released at the end of January in box called its a rumic world
with a new Urusai Yatursa ova and i think Inuyasha.
Anyone have any idea if this getting subbed by someone soon?
I found a copy of the Ranma one but its only partially subbed and its .flv and
just not a great rip.

Any help would be appreciated.TY!
