umm Amazon has Suikoden I+II, not really cheap though 1 for $30 and 2 for $90, if you have a used game store around try that too.

Is it really that complicated to mount and burn an image to a cd? How do you think people pirate shit?

Either way if you're looking for a legit copy best choice is probably ebay but it ain't going to be cheap.

The only way you're going to find collectible games at prices significantly below market value, ie average ebay selling price, is at flea markets, garage sales, craigslist, and thrift stores.

I once found a perfect copy of Zelda: The Wand of Gamelon at a Goodwill outlet store for $1 and eventually sold it for $90.

Good luck finding 2 for under 75$ its a collectors item, it only had a limited run release in USA, hell even 5 years ago it was like 125$.
