I'm pretty sure there has been one, but either way this belongs in anime discussions.

I haven't been around for long, but I haven't ventured across one... I've seen several top animes for sure though. And maybe an anime girls you'd want to hook up with or something one...
Anyways, let's see... Here's my favorites:
1. Teresa of the faint smile - Claymore
I don't know what it is about her... She was so powerful and yet gentle and elegant. And the way she thought... I just really liked her.
2. Revy two-hands - Black Lagoon
Total badass. How can you not love her?
3. Alucard - Hellsing
Total badass. Like seriously.
And the rest in no particular order:
Saber - Fate/Stay Night
Everything about her, really.
Illyasviel von Einzbern - Fate/Stay Night
So cute!! And she's German nobility too, so she was particularly memorable.
Frieza - Dragon Ball Z
He.. she.. it..? Was awesome. Arrogant and conceited until the very end. And always managing to be intelligent, sophisticated and funny.
Lucy - Elfen Lied
Cold blooded killer. I dunno, I just liked her personality.
Mimi - Mnemosyne
Vodka means water in Russian y'know. I dunno, she was just amusing.
Vegeta - Dragon Ball Z
Always cocky and arrogant. Always.
Rika Shiraki - Bible Black (game)
For some reason, she's burned into my mind.
Ren & Ai Nanao - Kanokon
These two were hilarious!
Chizuru Minamoto - Kanokon
Master of sexual advances. So funny lol.
Moka Akashiya - Rosario + Vampire
Capu chuuu!! Yeah, I loved her.
Mizore Shirayuki - Rosario + Vampire
Best stalker ever + awesome.

L (Death Note)
Nakiami - Bounen no Xamdou
Revy - Black Lagoon
Hei - Darker Than Black
D - Vampire Hunter D (Only read the first novel, working through the second. I'll watch the movie one of these days.)
Lain - Serial Experiments Lain
Pretty much any Miyazaki female lead (San, Kiki, Chihiro)
And last, but hardly the least...
