My mattress is.... a spring mattress I think? I dunno. I ain't that picky at the moment. I have been known to sleep on the floor multiple nights a row purely because I can. I slept on tiles a few times because it was too hot and sticky at night.

I have no idea what my matress is, it came with the house. It is however very comfortable, and because my duvet is so thick its really nice and soft in there. Mat always falls asleep if we're watching a film in bed. :3

As I have noticed from the pool, most people here sleep on their side. I have tried that, but I cant figure out where to pot the and one sleeps on. Where do you people put it?

When I'm trying to go to sleep I usually lie on my left or right side, depending on which shoulder hurts less ( got bad shoulders).
But when I actually fall asleep I always sleep in my back.

A few years ago I had real problems sleeping properly. Bought a Tempur mattress (pressure mattress that countours to your body) and I've never slept better in my life!

Women usually like the shoulder pillow thing, I give it until they fall asleep then I move away to have my space  ;D

I hate sleeping on my side since my arms go numb afterwards. I really don't like that feeling and it's a shitty feeling since it lingers for a long time. It's especially bad for me since I love playing my sports and having an arm that doesn't feel like an arm... sucks.

Tempurpedic is indeed nice. The new thing it seems is bamboo charcoal filled pillows. Apparently it absorbs something?

I can't sleep on my stomach, but either side or my back is fine(I think my right side is most comfortable... dam... I'll be checking into this this evening).

I sleep may different ways, just depends on how i feel.  Sometimes on my side, sometimes on my back, sometimes on my stomach, and sometime in some contorted mess.  It is just whatever feels comfy that night.

=/  I fall asleep the fastest when I'm sleeping on my side~  But if in a situation where I have to lie on my back...I would fall into a very light slumber, I'd get waken up by the smallest sounds~

So, question for people with glasses



Ever end up finding yourself in complete comfort, only to find you still have your glasses on, but don't want to move (lest you sacrifice your comfort)?


Happened to me last night...    Needless to say, I fell asleep trying to make the decision.  Woke up this morning and tried to rub my eyes, but just smashed my hand into my glasses instead!

I bend my elbow and put my hand/forearm under my pillow. Then I have my other arm and top leg wrapped around my body pillow.
