How do you sleep?

I bend my elbow and put my hand/forearm under my pillow. Then I have my other arm and top leg wrapped around my body pillow.

I've lain down with my glasses on, but it's always pretty uncomfortable, so I take 'em off.

This. Plus at about £200 I'd rather not break them by sleeping on them 0_o
