I caught a guy try to take my phone while I was in Hong Kong. I saw his hand go for my front pocket and I was like "What do you think you are doing?" He just darted off.

lol. Well, my family was there too and it was a fairy busy street. Doubt he wanted to get too much attention.

headphone, tissue, wallet, keys, iphone, snack (like a candybar), pepper spray (lots of wolves in the area), sometimes a pen or sanrio chapstick

-iPod with headphones (earbuds atm, I need to get myself a pair of IEMs again)
-notebook
-pen
-disinfectant tissues (I strongly distrust any toilet that is not mine)
-paper handkerchiefs
-tissues to clean your glasses
-tissues to clean your hands (mostly taken along when traveling)
-(sun-)glasses
-sometimes a book or a magazine
-sometimes a bottle of water
