Biotin supplements and gelatin make stronger nails.  Biotin makes hair grow like crazy, too.  ;)

Left front pocket
Cell phone (cheapo flip-phone)
8 GB Corsair Flash Voyager (often with a bootable Linux distro)

Right front pocket
3-ft tape measure
Keys (including a drum key)
Leatherman Skeletool
Any change I may have on me

Left back pocket
Wallet

Right back pocket
Ticket stubs, receipts, misc. papers

On belt
Carabiner with car key

Left wrist
15$US digital watch

Right wrist
Rubber "I <3 Pirates" bracelet from Disneyland

I always have these things, nothing more, nothing less.  If I have a backback, then I usually have my company laptop in there, and a few pencils, but I don't really count that as stuff I have.

iPhone
2 lip glosses
1 lip balm
2 eyeliners
Condoms
Band aids

There must a be a reason for tanking things. And all must be in certain balance.
But what that balance is, must depend only on you, nobody else.

I work for a Japan based company ... I couldn't think of the English equivalent it was called at the time ... It's more like a Pledge to strive to do our best everyday at work to provide the customers with the best service and products ... We recite it together before our shift starts for the day.

Knifes tend to come in handy for various amounts of things. Only reason I see not to carry one is if it was too long and it could get me thrown in jail.
When Cookies become alcoholics the world has issues, oh wait that has already happened!
When I was growing up I wanted to become a queen, now that I did, I have to avoid brats chasing me with bats.
When the charm wears off, what do you have then?

In addition to being useful for everyday things, it can be used for self defense, though more as a psychological weapon than a physical one.  It is only legal to carry a knife under 4 in long as a pocket knife.

I started carrying one because I had a part time job that had me using it daily. The habit stuck.

legal blade length for a knife to be legal to carry varies from state to state. As well as methods of opening the blade. In some stats fully automatic  IE push button opening is permitted. In some its not but semi automatic (spring assisted, you open a certain amount and the spring pops it open). And several allow only manual with no spring assist at all.

And then concealment of it is a whole seperate issue. I usually carry a coldsteel ak47 around with me though if im not mistaken its got a 3 1/4 inch blade and the handle is really nice. Its got a thing on the end for blunt force striking with the handle and the lock on the blade is great

Front right pocket: Phone
Front left pocket: Keys
Right side leg pocket: Wallet
Left side leg pocket: iPod (If needed)

School bag: Whatever book I need for class, 4 pencils, 4 pens, highlighter, notebook.

I pack light.
The question is have we already reached the limit of perfection?

I remember one of my college teachers telling the class that we all needed to carry an artists scalpel for class, but to never carry it on our person, always in a bag or a tool box or never at the top or we could get in a lot of trouble with the police.
