When I first brought the tv I had four settings dynamic, natural, standard and custom. I never bothered with custom. But I couldnt change the sharpness and many other settings including not being able to use natural settings. Then after a while it all started working , allowing me to edit the sharpnes and use the natural profile. I don't not how i did it. Yesterday i hooked up my laptop to the tv via hdmi, everything was fine. Now this morning i turn it on and the natural profile has been blanked out.

i cant change the sharpness or the colour in dynmic profile and standard profile, i don't see what's the problem.

Please help?

Have you read the manual that came with the TV? I have a feeling this kind of problems are answered by the manual.

Usually this happens as you have some movie mode/game mode/laptop mode selected on the tv. it override's any of the custom settings.
