Watched the trailer and the first thing I thought of was... Toradora.

Looks like a love triangle comedy/romance with a grown-up Taiga. Since the light novels of Toradora have ended already, there won't be a season 2. Looks like this is as close as we get to one. Will be airing in July according to Anidb:

Probably a bit soon to be talking about anime in July, but the resemblance to Toradora was striking.

There are 4 of them from Railgun. Saten and Uiharu are probably the most recognizable ones though.

I actually heard Mikoto and Kuroko.
When I read the AniDB translation I didn't think of Toradora in the least and even after watching the trailer nothing. But that'S probably because I missed details in the narration... But I have that on my list since I found it on AniDB a while ago.

And we have May'n singing the OP (I think).

Yeah, I'm not to sure how the story will play out. I don't think it will be a Toradora clone, since it's based off a different light novel, but the character likeness and animation style are similar to me. Also, J.C staff...

And you can't go wrong with May'n... (Usually)

she does resemble Taiga, but the first thing that opposes that fact l don't see her fiance, and l hardly belive that she'd just dump her feeding and cooking and cleaning housewife that easily, also l see Ookami in the title, l don't think it would go on palmtop tiger side to go as some wolf, but it does seem like a fun anime so l'll watch it too ;]

Anyways, pretty please with sugar on top, don't ever use this goddamn "fuck yeah" image(or variations of it) again, it's the worst forced meme in recent history.

Saw the OP pic and I was TAIGA!!!!

Realize it was something else, now I feel like watching Toradora for the 15th time....

God I hate Saten's VA, I hate hearing her voice. Made me cringe during the trailer.

Aside from the similar character design between the two main females, this looks nothing like Toradora!.  And while the comedy looks like it'll be in the same vein as Railgun and Index, it doesn't look like those either.  Just chalk up the superficial similarities to the fact that they're all made by the same studio and watch it without prejudice.

To each his own I guess, I think the animation and some of the characters look very similar to Toradora!. Likely J.C staff animated this to resemble Toradora since that show was a big hit. Kinda like K-On and So・Ra・No・Wo・To with Kyoto Animation.
