36 completed Torrents. NONE will seed.

Hinanan:
I'm using what I assume is the newest version of BitTorrent (just updated a few days ago), I have tons of completed torrents, quite a few of which are from BakaBT. None of them have more than 20 seeders, yet ALL of them say no leechers are downloading from them, despite most of them having leechers waiting. All of these are NOT queued and say they are seeding, but I see no activity. No download/upload speed, nothing but a 0 next to the leecher number, etc. These are from BakaBT AND other sites, and BitTorrent has the green icon with a check at the bottom, indicating everything is running fine (I assume? I'm new to the torrent concept).

Could it be pure coincidence, simply because the leecher numbers are all below 20? I would think at least ONE of them would be downloading from me though...

I certainly don't want to get warned or worse despite having so much to seed. Any recommendations or suggestions?

I think your ISP came up as one of the many to throttle seeding.
Try turning on protocol encryption.

EDIT: that, and learn to recognise seeders from leechers. All the torrents you're seeding have between 0-3 leechers.
Problem solved.

I assumed Peers were Leechers and Seeds were Seeders. Many DO have 0 Peers, but some have Peers that my client refuses to upload too, which confuses me... but again, I am new to all of this.

Anyway, I've stopped ALL of my downloads, on and off BakaBT. That somehow got 2 of them to start despite my having set my queue and other limits very high. I guess I'll leave it that way and hope my upload size climbs. I'm a little worried about bonus torrents adding to my 'downloaded' status, but I'll look into some of them too.

Edit: Oh, I was also confused, since many of my torrents OFF BakaBT had as many as 20 Peers that my client wouldn't upload to. Sorry for my newbiness. ^^;

psyren:
Peers = the number of other people on the torrent, regardless of whether they're seeds or leechers.
My suggestion for protocol encryption still stands.

Ahhh, understood. Thank you for explaining that part.

I enabled protocol encryption. It didn't seem to make much difference, but I'm guessing there could be multiple factors behind that.
