File -> Settings -> Sharing
Select several folders with anime files and add them to you share by checking their checkboxes, then hit "OK".
The process of hashing usually takes several minutes.
Then hit File -> Refreh file list. After that, try to access [AN]Anime-Nation hub again.

Only here : animenation.no-ip.org
That's why i couldn't find it

It's just another address of the same DC++ hub ([AN]Anime-Nation).
