Your childhood is not ruined.

The fetus and vagina resemblance is obvious. But Giygas was still evil then. "You cannot comprehend the true form of Giygas' attack" is just a random badass line. If he had said "true nature" instead, that might have been a reason to suspect he wasn't evil.
