They don't even get hurt when they bang against the wall. The force is too small even for their bodies.

They do get hurt by parasites, though, I once saw a fly that was being attacked by some smaller critters. I think they were trying to enter its body through the eyes, and the fly was trying to get them off. At first we didn't know what was up with the fly, but then someone smacked it and they dispersed. I suppose a dead fly wasn't any interesting for them.
