I don't know what "Nispe" means,( or what word it will be similar to), if you say it out loud several times, but I guess it's the same as "Piken til kongen har rødt hår". Your supposed to say it out loud several times, as fast as you can.

Og jeg forstor norsk og litt dansk, men jeg forstor ikke hvorfor "Piken til kongen har rødt hår" skulle vaere vanskligt eller morsomt.

Because if you mix red paint and blue paint, you end up with purple paint, meaning I'm not incorrect (even though you mentioned the underlying cause for why we don't end up with greenish paint which would happen with light).
