Somehow, that makes the consider the hair splitting as a more serious issue that my orientation just for the sake of not having to sleep with a same/not same gender barber...

I still don't get the English language. Why do you say "sleep" when that's precisely what you don't do?

^ I don't know why in English "to sleep with sb/sth" is a synonym for "to have sex with sb/sth", but I certeinly know that the same applies to German and French (in fact, the only French phrase I still know voluntarily uses that exact synonym)
