It all went down because a student left a lab PC downloading torrents overnight, and it had fun with the bandwidth. Like they say "this is why we can't have nice things"...

Maybe Photobucket decided that your bandwidth usage is too high? clannad_92 (or whatever the name was) has/had that problem as well.

Well, that sucks. Did you try accessing the forums through a proxy?
