nah, i only eat white meat and my cardio is in good shape. when i was a kid i had lung problems so since then i do cardio exercise(jogging, swimming, badminton and tennis(reason why my knee was dislocated)) and i walk wherever i need to go except if the destination is 2 hrs away by foot.
