So I'm now caught up, through episode 11... thanks to Funimation's subs. Which were pretty decent, to be honest.

It's amazing how fast things change in this series. Episode 8 was a huge turning point. Seriously... wow. I understand Ishihara a bit more now. Well, at least why he acts like he does.

And Setsuko = love. If anything ever happens to her, I will hate this series. It'd be like... Yin getting killed in Darker than Black. Would completely ruin the series, so it better not! *shakes fist*

You watched the Shani-san files?

I'm really hoping for a complete anime adaptation of this manga. There's a total of 22 volumes out so that gives room for a lot of stuff. :)

Is with Lily a new side character to be expected?

I don't want believe that with ep9 the whole affair with Ishihara and the doc has been concluded.

I knew nothing of the outside world. I was just a frog in a well.

No no, it's not over yet. Not by a long shot.

I was eating while watching the start of episode 12 and within 5 minutes, the food was on the ground with my mouth gaping. Holy shit.

Wow, ep10! It's been a long time since an anime was so captivating! Can't wait for the next episode! Say, those who watch the simulcast, do they end the "story" with Ishihara and the doc? I got the impression of ep 10 that they are nearing a climax. Or is the series just ~12 eps long?

I have no idea how long it is, but episode 13 was a recap episode. So odds are it's going to be a longer series. And no, the story with those two is not yet finished.

ANN says 26 eps, but as we know...that's not definitive. I really hope it's more than that.

Just watched episode 14. This series deserves some price. The narration is excellent. The dialogues (or let's say the editing of the subs by FroZen) are great! And how the juvenile correction facility arc ended, superb!

It's awesome! The best series of the season! (spring and summer since it's 26eps long)

wat. 26 eps? What is this I don't even....

I wonder how they are going to finish it. I don't sense a finale coming up in the newest episodes. I guess RAINBOW wasn't popular enough for a full anime adaptation. Or maybe it got popular, and we'll be seeing a second season continuing the adaptation.

I just rehashed what I read on AniDB/ANN.

Episode 17: ;_; Has Setsuko retired from the main cast? This is a rather realistic show so it was an inevitable truth that this wouldn't work out. But it's still ;_;. The second part with Joe... Well, well. I'm especially eager to see 18 after watching the preview.
