that's intended - otherwise we wouldn't be able to track stats. you don't need it anyway as all peers for our torrents are connected with our tracker, thus it is impossible to find any additional peer through dht/peer discovery.
i think what you mean is that it is impossible to find an additional peer (in the peers-list on BakaBT) through DHT.
some of us didn't read it like that tho, so it looks incorrect as it is stated
anyways, you can change any .torrent file DLed from BakaBT to DHT enabled without having to make a new .torrent file, and if someone else did the same, you can download BakaBT media without being tracked(though the DHT enabled seeder whom you got it from will not receive upload credit on his account so i doubt anyone would bother seeding with DHT enabled).
open .torrent with a hex editor like this:

on any BakaBT torrent you will see in hex:
37 3a 70 72 69 76 61 74 65 69 31 65 65 65
simply replace that with:
65 65 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30 30
(or just replace with 'insert mode')
.torrent file now has DHT local peer discovery/exchange enabled :)
uploading BakaBT .torrents to other websites is not against the rules, according to the admins "We see this as site promotion". just be sure only to give out .torrents that you have downloaded while logged out, because .torrent files that you have downloaded while logged in have information linked to your account.
