You shouldn't. The torrent should be connected to this tracker only. Yes someone could post the exact same torrent on a different site but they would not be connecting to BakaBT and thus not connecting to its peers and not getting stats or anything for it.

If the torrent contains the public-key, you will be able to connect through bakaBT, but public key is public ;p

Temuthril:
The public key changes monthly anyway.
